INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Tbsp organic coconut flour
  • ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 dash of garlic powder
  • tsp butter
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large sage leaf minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, melt butter for 20 seconds in the microwave. Add cream cheese and nuke for 10 seconds more.
  2. Add coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add egg and mix until well combined. Mix in cheddar cheese and minced sage.
  4. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and cut in half to create two slices. To brown the bread, heat a skillet on high and place the two slices, flipping them over when browned.
  5. Use as sandwich bread. Or eat as is. Enjoy!
