These Bake Cinnamon Apple Crisps are a delicious healthy snack alternative. They're easy to make and only require two ingredients.
Preheat convection oven to 215°. Wash apple and cut 1/8” thick slices with a mandolin or sharp knife.
OPTIONAL: Cut out center seed area with a knife or a small diameter cookie cutter. If you have an apple corer, use it before slicing the apple.
Sprinkle one or both sides with cinnamon. In this recipe, I sprinkled half the batch with cinnamon only. My husband is not crazy about the spice, so I left the rest without so that he can enjoy them too. They are just as delicious without cinnamon!
Place sliced apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 215° for two hours, flipping the apple slices after one hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3 minutes. They will be very crispy once they cool.
