INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. Chicken breasts thawed
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Safflower Mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic or garlic paste
  • Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to taste
  • Pepper to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to bake at 500 degrees.
  2. If chicken breasts are whole, cut into strips and place lined up next to each other in oven safe container.
  3. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that the mustard mixture is very flavorful, so go light on the sea salt.

  4. Once spices have been added to chicken, add remaining ingredients over the chicken and spread them throughout, making sure every piece of chicken has the mustard mixture on both sides.

  5. Cover the oven-safe container with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes, or until the juices coming out of the chicken are clear. Please note that every oven will be different, so the minutes in the oven may vary.

  7. Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes to brown the top a little.

  8. Remove from oven and enjoy!
